As GM/CEO Jose Raul A. Saniel continues to display great 
leadership skills in ZAMSURECO-I, another big role was given to him as NEA Administrator Edgardo Masongsong issued a mandate last August 23, 2019 inducting him as the Project Supervisor/Acting General Manager of ZAMSURECO-II that covers the Zamboanga Sibugay province and some parts of Zamboanga del Sur and Zamboanga City.
As part of the efforts in restoring the operations in ZAMSURECO-II, GM/CEO Jose Raul A. Saniel invited last Saturday, October 26, 2019, 32 ZAMSURECO-II employees coming from the Finance, Internal Audit, and Consumer Accounts Department personnel at the ZAMSURECO-I Central Office, Pagadian City for a Benchmark Visit in its Reading, Billing, and Collection processes, Warehouse Operations and Fuel and Oil Consumption and Management System.
The 1-day Benchmark Visit seminar was spearheaded by GM/CEO Saniel who stressed out a need to change for the better.
The Warehouse Information Management System, Fuel and Oil Consumption and Management System, Electronic Billing System being benchmarked by the delegates were discussed by the head of the EDP Department Azucena A. Lagura. After the seminar, the delegates were brought to the ZAMSURECO-I Warehouse at Tiguma, Pagadian City for a tour. ZAMSURECO-I also extends and lends a helping hand to the cooperative with no hesitation.
GM/CEO Saniel continues to carry
both electric cooperatives in hopes of sustaining the great performance of ZAMSURECO-I's operations and at the same time uplifting and restoring ZAMSURECO-II.
