1. Report the incident to the Police and secure a Police Blotter.

2. Notify ZAMSURECO-I

a. During weekdays, the customer must report the incident to the designated MAIN/Area offices and submit the blotter. Branch will schedule replacement of the missing meter.

b. If this occurred during a weekend or a holiday, the customer should call the ZAMSURECO-I 1621 Hotline and report the incident..

3. The customer will be advised to enhance the security of the meter facilities and install protective encasements.
