The Zamboanga del Sur I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ZAMSURECO-I) is one of the six (6) recipients of the prestigious Emmanuel N. Pelaez Award for the Best Electric Cooperative of the Year given by the National Electrification Administration (NEA) last April 24, 2009 during the NEA-EC Lumens Awarding Ceremony at the Grand Regal Hotel, Davao City.
