BoI approves rules on duty-free imports of gen sets, other equipment

By BERNIE CAHILES-MAGKILAT May 03, 2010, 5:56pm The Board of Investments has approved the guidelines allowing duty-free importation of power generator sets and control equipment excluding peripheral power generation equipment such as distribution, metering and the like to help mitigate the shortfall in power supply in Mindanao.
