Extending a helping hand, ZAMSURECO-I rallies behind its sister cooperative ZAMSURECO-II as GM/CEO Jose Raul A. Saniel launched the TASKFORCE KAPATID initiative to help ZAMSURECO-II in its conduct of a massive replacement of stuck up/defective KWH Meters in the ZAMSURECO-II's franchise area coverage from June 16-June 19, 2020. The TASK FORCE KAPATID is aimed at reducing system loss and ensuring the accuracy of the kWh meters installed and the integrity of consumers' connections. High system loss is one of the major problems that ZAMSURECO-II is facing right now, which resulted in poor services and financial losses; thus, this Cooperative is directing its efforts and attention to arrest this problem. In support of the program, GM/CEO Saniel deployed ZAMSURECO-I employees last June 15 to extend an additional workforce during the operation. An orientation was conducted on June 15 upon the arrival of ZAMSURECO-I employees together with ZAMSURECO-II personnel held at ZAMSURECO-II Multipurpose Hall Main Office, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay at 2 p.m. There are 12 teams created, and the operation targets an overwhelming 12, 500 KWH Meters to be replaced. ZAMSURECO-I ICT personnel joined the activity for documentation purposes. ZAMSURECO-I's Mobile Warehouse was used to ensure easy access and availability of materials and supplies on-site. With this initiative, GM Saniel assures member-consumer-owners of ZAMSURECO-II that he is doing his best to help the Cooperative get back on its feet and give back also to the consumers the service that they deserve. Under his leadership, ZAMSURECO-I continues to extend every help it can give amidst the COVID-19 crisis because WE value SERVICE.
