Dear Valued Member Consumer Owners (MCOs)
We regret to inform you of an unscheduled power interruption affecting several areas within our service coverage. This unexpected outage is due to unforeseen circumstances that require immediate attention to ensure the safety and integrity of our power distribution system.
Affected Areas:
• Municipalities of Pitogo, Dimataling, Tabina, Dinas, and portion of San Miguel
Interruption Schedule:
• Start Time: May 6, 2024 at 2:58 pm
• Power restored: May 7, 2024 at 3:00 am for municipalities of Dimataling, and Dinas
• Power will be restored for Pitogo and Tabina immediately after the completion of work
Reason for Interruption:
• San Miguel Substation equipment failure and emergency maintenance, etc.
Measures in Place: Our technical team is already on-site and working diligently to restore power as quickly and safely as possible. We are committed to minimizing the duration of this outage and have mobilized all available resources to address the issue.
Safety Information:
• Please disconnect all sensitive appliances to avoid damage due to sudden power surges as electricity is restored.
• Report any emergencies immediately to our customer service hotline or through our Facebook and Viber, and mobile accounts
