LAUNCHING OF TUKURAN BAYAD CENTER AND NEWLY RENOVATED CENTRAL OFFICE TELLERING OFFICE

ZAMSURECO-I has imbibed strategic initiatives in delivering quality services and customer experience as it launched its 6th coop-owned Bayad and Action Center since the pandemic. "Today, 18th October 2022 ZAMSURECO-I has realized its vision of reaching out and bringing its services closer to the people as it opens its Tukuran Bayad and Action Center, Under the leadership of General Manager and CEO JOSE RAUL A. SANIEL, ZAMSURECO-I is committed to implementing and establishing development programs that answer the needs of its valued member-consumer owners. The project is funded by the efficiency gains availed by ZAMSURECO-I specifically on the Collection Efficiency Incentive by sustaining a high collection efficiency performance, from its power suppliers and partners. With this, the cooperative is extending gratitude and recognizing all the combined efforts and contributions among its officers, employees, and stakeholders who are directly involved in the realization of a commitment that significantly creates an impact on the community. ZAMSURECO-I’s present innovative platform and connectivity, provide its MCOs fast access to services within the franchise area including online bill payment, processing electric service applications and energization, and action to electricity-related customer complaints, among others. To provide more convenience and decent space for the paying customers, on the same day, at 3:00 pm, a blessing ceremony is successfully conducted for the newly renovated ZAMSURECO-I Tellering Office at the Central Office Building, Pagadian City. Gracing the event are Rev. Fr. Oliver Janohan, GM/CEO Jose Raul A. Saniel, Board of Directors, MCO Officers of District V and IX, Mr. Rico Salvacion and Legaspi Cabatcha, respectively, NEA team headed by Database Management and Program Control Division Manager Ms. Leilani Rico, ZAMSURECO-I personnel and media partners. Up next, we are extremely excited to commission another capacity project – the 10 MVA Substation in Tikwas, Dumalinao this October 2022.
