ROTTEN POLE REPLACEMENT OF C8 (1PC) & C1-2A5 (1PC) STRUCTURE AT POBLACION SOMINOT ZDS. 2. POLE INSERTION OF 40FT TO CORRECT VERICAL CLEARANCE AT EASTERN SOMINOT ZDS. 3. CLEARING OF POWER LINES ALONG THE AFFECTED AREA (FROM SOMINOT TO MIDSALIP)   As a safety precaution, please always consider the power lines energized during the power interruption.
