Upgrading of conductor from 2/0 to 4/0 and replacement of small insulators to polymer from brgy. libertad to la victoria, aurora ZDS. 2. Conversion C15 to C8 structure at la victoria aurora ZDS. 3. replace rotten pole 2-C1 structure at libertad aurora ZDS.   As a safety precaution, please always consider the power lines energized during the power interruption.
